BioLabShare, LLC is a up and coming real estate company that will focus on developing an innovating platforms for biotechnology, life science, and health tech entrepreneurs.
BioLabShare, LLC upon complete it initial round of funding plan to build it first bioincubator within the City of Baltimore. From there the sky is the limit. It is the goal of the company to begin building modular designed (in order to reduce cost), residential and biolaboratory facility on the campuses of Historically Black University and Colleges (HBCU) and other key sites across the United States. The first three HBCUs that have showed interest are Alabama A&M University and Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama, and Bowie State University located in Bowie, Maryland.
BioLabShare, LLC has completed the architectural design of its 15,000SF two story bioresearch laboratory that will house the bioincubator and its 12-unit apartment complex. The building will be of a modular design that will decrease the cost of construction. These two buildings will be the style that will that will be use, with some modifications, depending it location. BioLabShare, LLC, using this business model will become the first national co-living and co-working bioincubator within the United States.
