The planned BioLabShare, LLC wet labs will be ready for both biotechnology/life sciences/health tech research. The goal is to have ultimate plug-and-play laboratory facility where most companies will just have to purchase consumables to start their research.
Equipment
Biotechnology and life science companies typically need qualified lab space and access to specialized equipment that is often cost-prohibitive. BioLabShare, LLC provide companies access to such equipment at no extra charge.
pricing
The rental rate for our all-inclusive incubator space varies depending on the type and size of space your company requires. In general, the cost is per lab bench, office and desk space. If required, tissue culture and fume hoods may be rented as dedicated space.
