Dr. Dormer, the founder of BioLabShare, LLC, has been in the field of biotechnology for close to 35 years. He is also the co-founder of PepVax, Inc. Dr. Yonnette Semple-Dormer is an educator and occupational therapist. She is the founder of Holistic Living Center, Inc, and XL Career School. Pete Maheridis is a lawyer with consideration experience in real estate and finance with close to 35 years of experience in this area. Edward Felder is a real estate financier and investor who have been for the past 35 years involved in real estate transaction that have totaled over a billion dollars. Clinton Bullard since 1997 have been a certified public accountant and is the founder and a partner of Bullard Associates.
The BioLabShare, LLC team is dedicated to creating industry wide disruption within the area if biotech/life science/health tech as it relates to bioincubation and real estate.
