BioLabShare, LLC is a up and coming real estate company that will focus on developing an innovating platforms for biotechnology, life science, and health tech entrepreneurs.
BioLabShare, LLC upon completing its initial round of funding plans to build it first bioincubator within the City of Huntsville, Alabama. From there the sky is the limit. It is the goal of the company to begin building residential and biolaboratory facility near or on the campuses of Historically Black University and Colleges (HBCUs) and other key sites across the United States. Several HBCUs that have showed interest in partnering with BioLabShare, LLC including Alabama A&M University, Oakwood University, Bowie State University, Saint Augustine University, just to name a few.
BioLabShare, LLC has completed the architectural design of its ~12,000SF two story bioresearch laboratory that will house the bioincubator and its 12-unit apartment complex. These two buildings will be the style that will that will be use, with some modifications, depending it location near or on HBCUs institutions. BioLabShare, LLC, using this business model will become the first national co-living and co-working bioincubator within the United States. The first biomedical research hub will b built in Huntsville, Alabama.
